ITINERARY

Day 1 London - Tokyo	Depart from London Heathrow on non-stop overnight flight to Tokyo.	flight
Day 2 Tokyo	Arrive at Tokyo Narita Airport. Meeting staff at customs exit to provide assistance in boarding airport bus to the hotel in Tokyo.	Hotel, Tokyo
Day 3 Tokyo	Full day tour in Tokyo. In the morning, visit Meiji Jingu Shrine, Imperial Palace East Garden (On Mon. & Fri. ”Imperial Palace East Garden” may be closed: visit “Imperial Palace Plaza” instead). Sensoji Temple (Asakusa Kannon) & Nakamise Shopping Arcade. After lunch, Tokyo Bay Cruise “Symphony” and ODAIBA Area.	Hotel, Tokyo
Day 4 Tokyo - Nikko - Tokyo	Full day excursion to Nikko by coach. In the morning, visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Irohazaka zigzag driveway up to the mountains After Japanese-style lunch at local restaurant, visit Lake Chuzenji and Kegonnotaki Waterfall. Irohazaka zigzag driveway down the mountains and drive back to Tokyo. Tour disbands on arrival at Ginza or Shinjuku at approx. 19:30.	Hotel, Tokyo
Day 5 Tokyo - Mt.Fuji - Hakone	Deluxe coach to the foot of Mt. Fuji via expressway. Then drive halfway up Japan's highest mountain to enjoy a spectacular view from a height of 2,300 meters. Enjoy Japanese-style lunch. Afternoon, proceed to Hakone for a cruise on Lake Ashi and Mt. Komagatake Ropeway. Accommodation with hot spring baths.	Hotel Kowakien, Hakone
Day 6 Hakone - Nara - Kyoto	Morning drive to Odawara for a Bullet Train to Kyoto. Lunch at hotel in Kyoto. Afternoon tour to Nara, the first permanent capital of Japan. Visit Todaiji Temple housing a great image of Buddha, colorful Kasuga Taisha Shrine with 3,000 lanterns, and Nara Park (Deer Park) where tame deer roam. Return to Kyoto in the evening.	Hotel, Kyoto
Day 7 Kyoto	Full day sightseeing of Kyoto. In the morning, visiting Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), Nijo Castle noted for its gorgeous interiors (when Nijo Castle is closed, visit Ryoanji Temple instead) and Kyoto Imperial Palace (on Sat., Sun & national holidays: visit Ryoanji Temple or Daitakuji Daisenin Temple instead). Lunch at Kyoto Handicraft Center. After lunch, sightseeing of the city visiting Sanjusangendo Temple with its 1,001 impressive images of Buddha, vermilion-hued Heian Jingu Shrine and Kiyomizu dera Temple with its wooden veranda. Day 8 Kyoto - Hiroshima - Kyoto	Transfer to Kyoto station to board a Bullet Train for Hiroshima. In the afternoon, visit Itsukushima Jinja Shrine and Peace Memorial Park. Return to Kyoto by a Bullet Train in the evening.	Hotel, Kyoto
Day 9 Kyoto - Tokyo	Free at leisure until departure. Return to Tokyo by Bullet Train in the evening, arriving between 21:00-22:00.	Hotel, Tokyo
Day 10 Tokyo - London	Transfer to Tokyo Narita Airport by airport bus. Depart Narita on non-stop flight to London Heathrow, arriving at the same day.
